Ally Equity Partners (AEP) is a private investment firm that specializes in the acquisition and management of a private small to middle market business located in the United States. We focus on profitable businesses with growth potential, typically with revenues in excess of $2 million.

AEP is different than traditional strategic or private equity buyers. Ally Equity Partners takes an active role in the day-to-day operations of the acquired company. After an acquisition AEP's Principal will relocate to the business and assume a full-time management position working with the current team, allowing the owner(s) to gain liquidity and transition from a daily operating role. We aim to partner with current company leadership that have enthusiasm and determination to grow the business.
